ORIACLEO PERFUME uses Aramex, as our courier provider, one of the leading courier companies in SA.

Delivery Terms And Conditons

1. Delivery is Free everywhere in South Africa on all items over R1000
2. Main Centres take 3-5 Working Days
3. Regional Areas take 5-7 Working Days
4. Our trusted courier partners are hand to hand couriers, no P.O Box Addresses
5. The Courier Operates from 8:00AM-17:00PM, Monday to Friday
6. Please make sure someone is present at the address to sign for your purchase, if someone will not be present, please use your work address, the courier has your contact details!
7. Full amount on order must be paid before effecting delivery.
8. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, and are subject to signature authorisation.
9. Orders with incorrect billing information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed.
10. Order may be delayed if the following applies:
    1. Customer is not present to receive order (delivery is effected twice by the courier, if customer is still not present to sign for order, it is returned to ORIACLEO PERFUME, a delivery charge of R60 will be billed.
    2. Address is incorrect on order
    3. Act of God
    4. Buildings with specified Mailrooms will have your parcel delivered there, only when the courier is not allowed up to your floor.
