What is ORIACLEO PERFUME?

Oriacleo Perfume is an e-commerce cosmetics retailer based in Cape Town and delivering accross South Africa.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

It takes 3 – 5 working days for an order to be processed. Regional areas may take 5 -7 working days to process. 

Can I collect the order in store?

We are primarily an online store, and at this stage we are not able to do in store collections. But we will be implementing In Store Pickups together with local cosmetics stores soon.

1. Select a perfume that appeals to you. 
2. Once you choose a perfume you’ll be taken to the product page for a more detailed description along with pictures and reviews to help you make your choice.
   We understand that every purchase is a big decision so we will try to equip you with as much information as possible.
3. Once you are happy with your selection you can press the checkout button to proceed with the purchase. Fill in your shipping information and prepare to make payment. 
4. You have the choice of making payment via Direct Bank Deposit or PayPal to pay via credit or debit card.
5. If paying by Debit or Credit card you will receive an email with order confirmation and a Tracking Number for you to track your order.If paying via Direct Deposit you will receive an email containing all our banking details in order for you to make the EFT payment or DIRECT BANK deposit. Proof of Payment must be sent to [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order. Only once we have received your money into our account will we send your product to you.

How Can I Return a Product?

You are purchasing online and there are going to be times that you get something that you don’t quite want, please don’t fear because we offer returns on most of our products. We will also refund you your money or give you on site credit should you want to wait for something else to come along.

   3. We must wait for the returning product to get back to us before exchanging/refunding and the goods must be undamaged with all the relevant packaging still intact/unopened, please understand how important this is.
   4. Please email [email protected] your order number and we will effect the exchange.
   5. If an item sent to you is the wrong item from what you ordered. ORIACLEO PERFUME will pay the Courier fee and get the right item to you as quickly as possible.
   6. Credit Card Refunds take up to 14 days by law.
   7. EFT refunds can take up to 2 days to be visible in customers’ accounts (Depending on Bank).
   8. Direct Deposit Refunds will be processed within 1 hour of product returning.
   9. The courier will supply a flyer bag when collecting.
   10. When the courier collects, please make sure THEY ARE IN A MARKED COURIER VEHICLE, ARE WEARING UNIFORMS AND SUPPLY YOU WITH PROOF OF COLLECTION
       
       Returns and refunds must be enacted within 7 Days of receiving goods.
