Return Policy

Overview

If you are for any reason not satisfied with the product, you are welcome to log a request for return, exchange or refund if the below terms and conditions are met.

We advise that you kindly familiarise yourself with our returns and warranty policy before making a purchase. We will use our own discretion to approve refunds and exchanges. Returns and exchanges can be logged directly with ORIACLEO PERFUME within 7 days after delivery.

If customer decides return product for any reason after 7 days of delivery, they can do so by contacting us directly, the contact information for our suppliers is available on the stores page. The product is to be returned in its original packaging, and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted should the product be deemed purposely damaged or damaged due to negligence.

ORIACLEO PERFUME reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 7 days from the date customer received the delivery of goods, if the items are not faulty. To log your returns directly with ORIACLEO PERFUME  if still with 7 days after delivery please send us an email on [email protected]

You will need to provide us with the following:

  • The reason for the return
  • The invoice for each item returned
  • The banking details where you would like us to deposit your refund.

Please ensure that the returned item is well packaged in the original packing, as sensitive products not packed well might be damaged in transit and this will not be refunded if the items were not correctly packaged.

ORIACLEO PERFUME will only be liable for upliftment costs if product was delivered faulty, for any other reason for return customer will need to pay courier fees for collection and delivery to the address that will be provided once communication has been sent on email.

Refunds

This needs to be logged within  24 hours of receiving delivery of the product. All products returned will be inspected; we will inform you on email once we have received the product back and confirm whether this item is eligible for a refund after the inspection process is complete. Once we have approved the return it will take 3-5 working days for the refunded amount to reflect on your account. For obvious reasons we are unfortunately, not able to accept returns on opened products.

If an item sent to you is the wrong item from what you ordered. ORIACLEO PERFUME will pay the Courier fee and get the right item to you as quickly as possible.
Credit Card Refunds take up to 14 days by law.
EFT refunds can take up to 2 days to be visible in customers’ accounts (Depending on Bank).
Direct Deposit Refunds will be processed within 1 hour of product returning.
The courier will supply a flyer bag when collecting.
When the courier collects, please make sure THEY ARE IN A MARKED COURIER VEHICLE, ARE WEARING UNIFORMS AND SUPPLY YOU WITH PROOF OF COLLECTION
